Upon the expiration of your warranty period or even the initial purchase of your equipment/software, you can activate a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which we can customize together, so that it fits your specific needs.
With Mobile Technology’s Service Level Agreements, you get the service quality and warranties that we provide to all the companies that entrust us, plus enjoy additional benefits.

• Onsite technical support - Within 4 business hours for visits in Attica region (as long as you inform us by 14:00) and within 24 hours for all other regions (by a certified partner of Mobile Technology)
• Instant availability of original spare parts and consumables for your equipment
• 20% discount on hardware service and spare parts/consumables (whether under or out of warranty, but caused due to your misuse)
• Option for Telephone Support via Mobile Technology’s Call Center (Operating Hours: Weekdays 08:00-20:00, Saturday 08:00-14:00)
• Temporary free of charge replacement of your equipment with an equivalent one, until you receive your repaired device back (upon agreement)
